Here at Strike A Pose WE want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases!! BUT, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for exchange or a refund. An item will be refunded ONLY if your purchase was made on our website.
We recommend you return your packages via a traceable method UPS, Fed Ex, or US Mail to help ensure the package arrives safely back to us. Strike A Pose will not be held responsible for packages lost in transit to us. We will assume responsibility once the goods are signed and received by our returns department. We will make every effort to make all exchanges in 1-2 weeks, assuming goods are in stock. Credits will posted in 1-2 weeks as well.
