Typical day, up at 5:30 a.m. hits the gym for an hour spin class, then a 1/2 mile swim or sometimes a 4-mile run.Regardless of how busy she gets, Lori finds an hour to focus and breath in a daily yoga practice. Lori does more by 8:30 a.m. then most people do all day.
